Get into the traditional Italian spirit of preserving the last of the season’s local organic tomatoes, freshly picked from Day’s Walk Farm. Together, we’ll blanch, peel and jar the fruit and then sit down as a group to a lunch of antipasti, pasta and a sweet to celebrate your hard work. You’ll even get to take home a jar of tomatoes.
