Celebrate 70 years of the National Trust of Australia. Step into Como’s grand ballroom for an evening where French elegance meets Victorian tradition. Inspired by the last Armytage sisters’ Francophile heritage, the event sees 19th-century family recipes reimagined with modern technique and native ingredients. Each course is paired with exceptional Victorian wines and accompanied live by a soprano, echoing the soirées once held here.
