Workwear legends Worktones are bringing together their hospitality friends Manzé, producers Meredith Dairy and hospitality training enterprise, Scarf, for an event devoted to goat. Expect two snack dishes centered around produce from Meredith Dairy, such as retired goat cooked over charcoal, with accompanying drinks. A team of Scarf graduates will lead the front-of-house service for the night.
