An immersive experience of film and food, including Rothwell distillery gin cocktails and snacks such as Navi's signature black garlic and salmon roe macaron, a play on the iconic Sun Theatre choc top and a host of savoury dishes in between. Chef Julian Hills (Navi), distiller Tim Smith (Rothwell) and Michael Smith (The Sun) will discuss their thoughts on this iconic film, the fine dining experience and the rise of the west in Melbourne's food and culture scene. This is set to be a unique, provocative and fun evening.
