Chef Zackary Furst is bringing Bez to Florian this March. Bez is the former Bar Liberty chef's new contemporary Australian/Polish cuisine project, blending Polish flavours and techniques with the exceptional produce of Australia.
Bez brings the spirit of the Mloda Polska arts movement and to invigorate the Australian/Polish food and dining scene of Melbourne, highlighting the things that make Polish cuisine so unique and bridging it with local Victorian produce. Think Polish potato dumplings stuffed with Victorian smoked eel, twaróg cheese made in-house using fine local dairy, and sweet pierogi filled with seasonal berries.
