Two of Australia's leading Filipino bartenders, Melbourne's very own Ralph Libo-on (Inuman and Askal) and Sydney's Roean Patawaran (25 Hours Hotel, ex-Oncore by Clare Smyth and The International) join forces. Blending traditional bartending with bold, modern twists, the duo will showcase cocktails that celebrate the richness of Filipino ingredients and diversity of Australian spirits, while pushing the boundaries of contemporary cocktail culture.
